My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value we found at Days Inn. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant experience. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and stores, and a quick Uber ride away from tourist destinations. We truly enjoyed our stay at Days Inn and would definitely recommend it to others. a great experience and exceptional value.

Very little to like
When we checked in the room had not been cleaned from the previous nights occupants. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get it ready. This was exacerbated by the cleaning crew finishing 5 rooms before ours even though we were the only ones waiting to use a room. We asked to be taken care of but we're refused. Further, the staff could not break a 20 for change. The office did not open until 6:30 in the morning, so no breakfast was available. Finally, the bed itself was a back breaker.

Clean and OK for a short stay.
Limited onsite parking. Very poor 'Breakfast' . Selection consisted of a Coffee and a Danish available in the office. No Breakfast room had to take back to own room. Some mornings the breakfast was not available until 8.30 am. Coffee machine in room had the wrong carafe and could not use!

Nothing!
Owners/staff/Family lives in office. Not attentive. Seriously NOT a place to have Breakfast in the morning, old pastries, hot chocolate & tea w/ NO hot water. Coffee was ready at 9am. Need to knock on window to wake them up to check out. Inside room: DIRTY carpet, DIRTY walls, shower drain clogged, sink water build up, bed (just a bed). False advertisement.

Bed was decent.
I have been double charged, and neither Booked.net or Days Inn have done anything to accommodate my concern.

They did not have our reservations. Then put us in a queen room and charged us the king room price. We had to call booking to get it fixed

The gentleman in the office was very nice and knowledgeable about where to visit.
I know parking is always an issue in SF but the tiny parking lot concerned me. The inability to see oncoming traffic when exiting the property was kind of scary. The quality of the room was a little lackluster for the price paid. Several of the lights didn't work. The desk chair was broken and the bed was not very comfortable. The cable TV was disappointing also but I wasn't there to watch TV. The room was clean but there were stains in a lot of places. The hotel was not very centrally located to a lot of the iconic SF landmarks.

Location is really good, just about 10mins from Walk of Fame, but there were many hotels on the street, so I guess you can find better one.
The staff looked like incompetent. They had a problem with terminal, so we asked them to use card as a debit with chip, not like a credit card and they asked for a pin number! Finally we had to go to ATM. After asking for receipt they said it will be prepared in the morning, when we were supposed to leave, but wasnt, and the other guy obviously didnt know what to do.

Good bed, good air conditionair + heat, good location
the attendance horrrible because they didn´t offer us new toalis and when we had to leave the hotel we call the maneger with the bell for 30 minutes and no one came, and this because the day before they told us that for check out it was just necessary to give back the cards and they will call us a cab to the bus station but they didn´t answer us and we had to find by ourselfs a cab, and for almost an hour my dad that have +65 years old waiting in the cold for cach the cab ; and no elevator, Terrible service, no attendanceand disrespectifull......

Location, close to restaurants and bars in the evening, good transport around.
Bit dated, but cheap.

I hated that the reservation didn't go through and that we were turned away to find a room elsewhere, costing me so much more.
